Some events just get it right—and MV Transit’s annual celebration at the Hilton DFW Lakes in Grapevine, TX was definitely one of them.
This year’s theme? Back to the 80s.
And after last year’s 70s party, they kept the momentum going in a big way.

From neon outfits and leg warmers to big hair and bold prints, guests leaned all the way into the 80s vibe. That kind of participation completely changes the energy of a corporate event. It breaks the ice, gets people talking, and makes everything feel more relaxed and fun.
The Photo Booth Was Nonstop
We brought our Photo Booth rental to Grapevine, TX, and it stayed active the entire night.
Groups kept jumping in, grabbing props, and squeezing into photos together. Some came back multiple times just to try different poses. That’s always a good sign—the booth becomes part of the experience, not just something off to the side.
